Our client a Market Leader within their industry are looking for an Application Support Administrator to join the team

This role is extremely varied and you will be supporting on both the operational and support function and maintaining systems

The role is seeking someone with:

  • Excellent communications skills on the phone and face to face when dealing with users of varying technical competency levels
  • Tenacious approach to incident resolution
  • Ability to work as part of an established team
  • Good problem solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to handle multiple issue concurrently
