What You'll Be Doing:

When working as a Technical Programme Manager (TPM) there will be multiple lines of work including

  • Routinely briefing key stakeholders
  • Represent the programme in various project governance and inter dependant forums
  • Work with partners from all areas as well as different Technology & Operations Domains to oversee all software delivery lifecycle phases of a programme
  • Define and track programme milestones
  • Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan & publish periodic status reports

Required Skills and Experience:


  • 10+ years of relevant experience working on software products related to banking/insurance
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Be able to stay focused and versatile
  • Be a team player that can withhold pressure
  • Knowledge of banking ecosystems is
    requiredboth from a market practice and regularity landscape standpoint
  • Extensive knowledge in the use of project management and software delivery lifecycle methodologies and tools, specially under agile paradigms.
