Office Administrator

Position Summary:

The Office Administrator position is vital to the success of our company.

This position is responsible for a variety of administrative duties and tasks that support the daily operations of the office.

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Coordinate office activities and activities of all employees to ensure that office operations run smoothly.
  • Support with HR functions including onboarding, employee benefits, and other compliance issues.
  • Assist with office needs and requests from management.
  • Perform general maintenance on office equipment and facilities.
  • Maintain and update records of all company activities.
  • Manage and organise incoming mail, packages, and shipments.
  • Manage and organise company documents such as contracts, insurance policies, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs quickly and efficiently.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
