We are recruiting for a
Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our HR and Payroll team at
Snows Head Office based in
Southampton on a
12 month fixed term contract.

The contract will be reviewed near the end of this period with the potential of the role becoming permanant


Your day

The role will involve:

  • Providing day to day support to the Talent Acquisition Advisor with proactive recruitment, onboarding, and systems managements
  • Running weekly reports.
  • Liaising with line managers to monitor the recruitment process, logging updates as they occur.
  • Preparing and posting adverts for new and established vacancies.
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition Advisor with the creation of 'talent bank'.
  • In conjunction with the wider HR team, manage the onboarding process and manager Head Office introductions.
  • Participating in recruitment events such as careers fairs and apprenticeship open days.
