1ST LINE HELPDESK TECHNICICIAN - £120-£135/DAY - MANSFIELD 100% ONSITE - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35

We are seeking an experienced and motivated 1st Line Helpdesk Technician to join a client based in Mansfield.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a helpdesk/customer support environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with
    O365, Windows Server 2019, & Active Directory:
  • Knowledge of computer hardware
  • Knowledge of network systems and protocols (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
