1ST LINE HELPDESK TECHNICICIAN - £120-£135/DAY - MANSFIELD 100% ONSITE - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - INSIDE IR35We are seeking an experienced and motivated 1st Line Helpdesk Technician to join a client based in Mansfield.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a helpdesk/customer support environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Technical Skills:
- Experience with
O365, Windows Server 2019, & Active Directory: - Knowledge of computer hardware
- Knowledge of network systems and protocols (Desirable)
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
