Equi-Trek are the leading manufacturers of equestrian and leisure vehicles, supplying to the UK and overseas, based in Stocksbridge, S36.

A vacancy has arisen for an
Administrator to work within our busy Service & Repair team.


Key Job Requirements:


  • Supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks;
  • Maintain databases and other relevant documentation as required;
  • Assist with customer bookings;
  • Assist with reception duties when cover is required;
  • Any other reasonable administrative tasks.

Skills needed:


  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High standard of IT skills, including excel, word, outlook etc.
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative;
  • Selfmotivated, articulate and professional.


The hours of work are 8.45am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch - this role is fully office based with no option for remote working.
