Description

The Edmund Bell business requires a new team member for our Supply Chain Team to manage aspects of Warehouse & Planning administration.


This is a great entry level role which could lead to professional development into a supply chain position Planning and Purchasing for the right person.


Mission:


  • To take core responsibility for Warehouse administrative tasks
  • Liaise with Sampling & Planning to ensure suitable stock and order requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To carry out the good receiving process, to include barcode labelling, duty & carriage charges, maintaining records of audit reports & customs and duty data
  • Processing Customer claims on Mertex and managing the transfer of stock locations
  • Running stock take sheets, assisting with stock counts and resolving any related issues
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring tracker is up to date
  • Forecasting, ordering & managing the stock for various sampling requirements
  • Ensuring new products are set up in sampling drawers and discontinued items removed
  • Conduct periodic stock checks of C4 & C5 to ensure integrity of data
Hours of Work: 8:4- 17:15pm

25 days holiday + bank holidays & additional days for long service.

Early finish Friday on a rota basis and dress down Friday every week.
