Customer Service Agent (Complaints Handler/ Digital Online)

Birmingham

Immediate Start

Ongoing Temporary positions

£9.90 per hour

Monday - Sunday (5 days out of 7 including weekend and bank holidays)

About The Company:


A West Midlands Travel Company is looking to take on Call Advisor's to join their Digital team at peak season.

You will be joining a fast-paced busy work environment and will be trained to become a part of the fun and professional team.

Hours of work - shifts between 08.00am pm 5 days out of 7

Duties of The Customer Service/ Sales Agents:

  • Inbound calls
  • Sales calls to existing/ non existing clients
  • Selling insurance
  • Admin
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent customer service
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Can remain calm under pressure
  • Team player and wants to be a part of a vibrant, professional team
  • Available immediately
