Monday - Sunday (5 days out of 7 including weekend and bank holidays)
About The Company:
A West Midlands Travel Company is looking to take on Call Advisor's to join their Digital team at peak season.
You will be joining a fast-paced busy work environment and will be trained to become a part of the fun and professional team.
Hours of work - shifts between 08.00am pm 5 days out of 7Duties of The Customer Service/ Sales Agents:
- Inbound calls
- Sales calls to existing/ non existing clients
- Selling insurance
- Admin
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service
- Professional telephone manner
- Can remain calm under pressure
- Team player and wants to be a part of a vibrant, professional team
- Available immediately
