We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic full time Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice to join our Clinical Genetics Administration team.

The role will be to provide administrative support to the Clinical Genetics department.

You will help to provide administrative support within the Clinical Genetics Administration Team, whilst learning how a busy Department is managed.

This is a customer facing role and you will undertake Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship whilst working alongside clerical workers, registered professionals and medical staff.


This is a 15 month Apprenticeship working full time at Birmingham Women's Hospital Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week (study leave will be given).
