The role

The difference our new ERP Systems Manager will make
As a ERP Systems Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will manage the project team in developing and defining our bid solution


Day to day, you'll develop a range of system management products, including requirements documents, integrated test and evaluation plans, innovative system and capability architectures, and engineering management plans.

You will Identify and define the inter-dependencies and interrelationships between systems and support the Enterprise Data Architect in the development and integration of new systems.

While the role is centred in Andover, there are teams in different locations around the country and the role can be performed remotely with some travel


Essential experience

  • Advanced background with ERP systems.
  • Providing technical consultancy service skills from within a regulated (preferably Defence) training environment
  • Proficient in IT systems terminology
  • Experience in an Agile delivery environment, including familiarity with Agile tools.
  • Level 4 or higher (HNC or above) in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline and APMG or APM P3M Practitioner desirable
