- Quality and Quality and Compliance Officer*
- Ensure compliance with all funding and commissioners' contractual requirements.
- Work with wider project teams as required to support assurance and process review.
- Support focused quality support initiatives including site and external assurance visits.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industryspecific knowledge and skills.
- Provide a sense of authority to the customers and enable them to feel more confident & strengthened.
- Quality and Compliance Officer*
- Undertake audits and monitoring to ensure contractual requirements are delivered.
- Collate audit information, generate, and distribute regular, accurate and detailed reports with remedial action plans, highlighting findings, risks to the business and recommendations of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support operations with training advice and assist to rectify areas of noncompliance, ensuring best practice is shared and consistency obtained across the network.
- Monitor progress and compliance aligning to contractual KPI's.
- Carry out both field based and remote compliance audits in line with commissioners' contractual KPI's and company processes and policies.
- Assist the Quality Manager in developing a audit framework to meet contractual testing.
- Act always within the company policies and procedures.
- Comply with the Get Set security practice to ensure customer data is always dealt with in a confidential and secure way, and our obligations around this are maintained.
- Carry out all duties in a safe and proper manner in accordance with the company's Health & Safety Policy.
- Create awareness amongst the stakeholders about our company's vision of equal opportunities and values.
- Provide customers with quality constructive feedback that allows them to improve and prepare for the dynamic work environment.
- Provide support to the stakeholders to enable them to sustain employment through good practice and overcome any foreseen barriers.
- Quality and Compliance Officer*
- Strong communication, conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail essential.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear accurate reports, statistics, and documentation.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and distil complex requirements into simple protocols.
- Influencing and negotiation skills that promote understanding, commitment, and action.
- Ability to analyse information and trends, draw conclusions and develop action plans.
- Computer, data entry and MS Office skills
- Ability to seek out solutions to problems.
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level of initiative and motivation.
- Quality and Compliance Officer*
- Will have auditing experience relating to compliance with contractual and company requirements with commissioners such as DWP.
- Must be resourceful & innovative with a positive outlook.
- Team player and supportive of colleagues.
