We're looking for aSite Administrator to join our team based in Bristol
.

Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, providing power to keep people and businesses connected.
In this role, you will be working on National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) working closely with the local management team to support in administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the depot.
Your day to day will include:
- Reviewing jobs and checking measure match to rate codes ready for invoicing
- Running weekly Costs reports for review
- Exporting works Data from works management system and summarising for reviews picking up exceptions and anomalies
- Assist in procurement tasks, payroll processing and ordering of plant & materials
