***The Employer Connect team is part of the Employer Engagement unit within Student Opportunity and supports employers seeking to attract and recruit students and graduates of the University.


We work with a wide range of organisations from multinationals to local SMEs and across a diverse range of sectors, ensuring students are able to access work experience, internship and graduate opportunities as they start their career journey.


About You

***We are seeking an Employer Services Administration Assistant. As the first point of contact for many enquiries, you will provide professional, responsive support to the full range of employers including our closest partners, guiding them towards the most effective services for their needs and answering all administrative queries. You will play a central role supporting the team in organising our programme of around 150 events annually, including 5 careers fairs on campus. You will work closely with colleagues across Student Opportunity, academic departments, Alumni Relations, and Warwick Conferences.

***Student Opportunity provides students with careers support and opportunities including to meet with employers, get support with work experience, sign up for Warwick Volunteers, develop their skills, find out about working and studying abroad and develop their cultural awareness.

We work across the University to develop employability through our Employability Strategy and enhance students' international experiences.
