Northampton
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer services professional to join our client on a
full-time basis and support their service delivery

The role

Working as a
customer service adviser you will be the frontline of the client's business, handling customer queries, providing sales support, supporting current customers and managing phone lines, a query inbox, and an online chatbot function.


Salary:
£25,500 pa


Base:
Office Based in Northampton


Contract:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 14 month maternity cover with perm potential


Key accountabilities:


  • Order processing
  • Account creation
  • Supplying quotes
  • Handling customer queries
  • Support customers with orders
  • Raising returns and collections
  • Releasing orders to the warehouse team
- providing outstanding customer service at all times


Skills & experience:


  • Organisation skills and strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Computer literacy and competent with MS office
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction
