We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer services professional to join our client on a
full-time basis and support their service delivery
The role
Working as a
customer service adviser you will be the frontline of the client's business, handling customer queries, providing sales support, supporting current customers and managing phone lines, a query inbox, and an online chatbot function.
Salary:
£25,500 pa
Base:
Office Based in Northampton
Contract:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 14 month maternity cover with perm potential
Key accountabilities:
- Order processing
- Account creation
- Supplying quotes
- Handling customer queries
- Support customers with orders
- Raising returns and collections
- Releasing orders to the warehouse team
Skills & experience:
- Organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Computer literacy and competent with MS office
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Experience in providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction
