Receptionist/administrator - 30 Hours Per Week - Yateley, United Kingdom - Anchor Trust

We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our team at Hampshire Lakes retirement village.
This is a 30 hour per week post, working a 2 week rolling rota, 1 week 8am - 2pm and the following 2pm - 8pm
Reporting into the Administration Manager,
responsibilities will include:
Providing a professional and secure front of house service, welcoming visitors and acting as a first point of contact.
Escalate concerns or issues as appropriate.
Assist with the compiling of monthly billing data
Raising PO order documentation & tracking the order through the full delivery lifecycle
Assisting with the onsite events publications
Required knowledge & experience:
Previous experience of working in an office environment
Previous experience of working within a customer care role is desirable but not essential
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection (training will be provided)
Required skills:
Basic computer knowledge. Well organized with good planning skills.
Presentable, approachable and with a friendly personality.
Able to work individually and as part of a team.
