Job Advert:

Bedford Borough Council are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced officer to provide specialist support to a team which delivers Community Safety, Resilience and Flood Risk Management covering a range of statutory services including the Bedford Borough Community Safety Partnership.

We are looking for someone with the skills to develop and deliver reactive and planned workload in relation to the Bedford Borough Community Safety Partnership.

You will have experience of analysing partnership information and evaluating good practice, which will be used to produce effective strategic plans and priorities.

This is an opportunity for a confident and experienced professional to demonstrate the difference they can make by engaging with stakeholders, residents and businesses to reduce crime and disorder and improve community safety in Bedford.

You must be a positive, highly motivated and organised individual with the ability to deliver against a challenging and rewarding work plan.

You will be joining a busy, friendly, supportive and professional team within a forward thinking service which is already utilising technology to enhance the service we deliver.
