Job Summary

To operate and maintain all Augean equipment to an optimal level whilst ensuring safe systems of work and permitting requirements are adhered too.

Including assisting with Yard duties at any ANSS site during non-processing days.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively support and embed a generative safety culture
Reporting incidents to Supervisor in a timely manner and assisting with incident investigation.
Ensure all Isolations, Work Permits and Risk assessments and ANSS work packs are in place, followed, understood, and fully reviewed for all relevant work scopes including breakdowns, operation & planned maintenance.
Ensuring equipment is always operating to maximum efficiencies.
Ensure that all equipment, PPE & spares that may be required are available in a timely manner at the work site and are stored correctly.
Attending pre shift TBT's ensuring all Operators fully understand their task and housekeeping is dynamically kept up to date.
Work in a shift pattern consisting of a ten day on five day off Rota consisting of both dayshift and nightshift while the unit is in operation. When the unit is not in operation, you will be required to assist with Yard duties on any ANSS site.
Proactively mentoring other crew members.
Provide feedback to the Supervisor on ANSS personnel for appraisal and or disciplinary purposes ensuring all feedback is impartial and treated confidentially.
Compile information and carry out reporting duties for Supervisor.
Participate with a proactive approach in the ANSS Competency program. Help coach and develop operators with less experience, provide mentoring and on the job training where required.
Undertaking specific tasks as per business requirements
Maintaining continuous professional development and continuous improvement
Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
Handling and processing of fluids and bulk materials in connection with waste treatment services assisting with operations on the Emulsion Unit and associated tanks.

Operational experience of TCC's

No Environmental or Safety incidents
Operate all ANSS equipment within a compliant and high standard and feedback results to Site Manager.
Participation in company competency system and company / client safety systems.
