Established in 2003 to service the needs of the hospitality sector, finding the right people for the right job and client, either temp or perm, operational training and business development, we are based in Sunny Carrickfergus with a small team of 5 and as our sales and profits grow so will the business.


Responsibilities:


  • A hardened salesperson who can generate leads, appointments and getting jobs
- from existing clients and new clients throughout Ireland, soon to be expanding
- into the UK for the team to fulfil and maintain the relationship ongoing.

  • We need someone with the right:
  • Mindset: Someone that can handle rejection as its just at not today
  • Good Listener: Listen to the customers needs, better still know what the customer
- needs before the call.

  • Prepared: Attend management meeting and know your stuff
  • Confident: to come across positive and take away the client's pain.
  • Self-Motivated: Set their own goals and exceed expectations, higher profits higher
- bonus.

  • Product Knowledge: know your product and know how much better we are, proof
- in the pudding.

  • Friendly: Building a rapport from the first call.
  • Follow-Ups: Don't wait until they call you instead call them, help the customer
  • Organised: Keeping track and using the CRM to manage your funnel
  • Quick on feet: Can adjust the sales pitch and not to get caught off guard, know
- your stuff.

  • Help: Ask all our leads for help to generate more leads and testimonials (make it
- easy)
