Job Purpose:


The purpose of this role is to lead development and/or implementation of the Talent Management programmes, processes and tools across assigned market.

The role will focus on project and change management as well as communication of the Talent Management initiatives within the Talent Management team, HR and wider business.

The talent management areas in which this position provides regional support includes, but is not limited to, training and development, performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement.

The incumbent of this role will also be
responsible for delivery and facilitation of training initiatives across assigned market.


Accountabilities:

The main accountabilities for this role consist in
Leading implementation of global and pan-European initiatives across assigned market. Facilitating trainings and being the representative of the respective region in global and European project management workstreams. This Talent Partner role will also be the
first point of contact for the HR teams within assigned market. Communication of the Talent Management initiatives to the key stakeholders in assigned market.

This role will also be seen as a
business partner who will work with groups and also be very solution oriented.


Knowledge Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role some of the skills you will need are:

  • 5 years (min) Talent Partner or similar role experience
  • Strong multicultural interpersonal skills
  • Proactive leadership skills
  • Effective communicator and an active listener
  • Strong data analysis skills,
  • Create and present formal presentations

Applicable studies:


  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business field of study required.
  • Project & Change Management, Communication, Training Facilitation
  • A Good understanding of LMS (a high plus)

Location:
Basingstoke or Bracknell


Salary:
£65,000.00 per year
