City Group Managed Services Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our team in Preston.


Responsibilities:

Rotas_

  • Develop and maintain staff rotas every two weeks for the full cleaning team
  • Staff coordination: Contacting current team to confirm upcoming available shifts and making cover arrangements in case of absences and/or annual leave of staff.

Recruitment._

  • Post all job vacancies
  • Shortlist CVs for telephone interview
  • Conduct telephone interviews
  • Distribute internal comms about current vacancies

Staff Management_

  • Being the first point of contact in the office for cleaning staff
  • Dealing with staff queries
  • Arranging for keys/ access cards to be delivered to staff
  • Preparing, processing, issuing, and chasing documentation

Stock Orders_

  • Processing stock orders and liaising with suppliers

Set Up New Cleaning Sites_

  • Site files, Paperwork, Supplies, Site Specifications and Access

Out of Hours Mobile_

  • Dealing with out of hours emergencies, queries and questions whilst trying to keep it to a minimum
  • Associated admin to support the team

Required skills
Appropriate training will be provided, however
the ability to use your own initiative and excellent telephone manner are essential.
Previous experience in an administrative role of a similar nature is essential

£28,000.00 per year
