Description
We are looking for an Apprentice Office Assistant based at our CEG Sloane Square, London Office.Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing post.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls to the office.
- Cover the switch board, greet visitors, provide refreshments/ lunches where required.
- Arrange all office travel as required (Trains / Hotels / Flights).
- Look after the filing of Legal Documents.
- Photocopying, binding and scanning.
- Stationery Ordering and keeping a stock check
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Monitoring various company inboxes directing enquiries accordingly.
- Provide secretarial teams with administration support as necessary.
- Office credit card reconciliation.
- Plus, other ad hoc as required to ensure smooth running of the London office.
