About the role:
The UAT Test Lead works to support the day-to-day UAT activity supporting any new MA program or changes that require Oracle /CD or SvC testing.
Ensuring the testing meets the needs in terms of quality, functionality, raising any failures/defects and working to retest once resolved.
Main responsibilities:
- Initial point of contact for UAT Testing requirements, representing MA & CS in a positive and supportive light to all internal and external stakeholders. Create and maintain a positive, motivational working environment within the team.
- Management of UAT schedules and deliverables ensuring handoffs as necessary.
- Work with IT Business Systems Analysts managing UAT & post technical delivery.
- Active participation in discovery workshops, work with teams to determine the impact of process/solution change.
- Working with and hand offs to the MA Digital team (OPA field team).
- Raise concerns with CSM/CSTM regarding resource issues which may affect any project activity.
- Maintenance of training/scripts material, in line with solutioning.
- Comply with the change management process and ensure this is understood by your colleagues.
- Develop effective working relationships with other SME's to maintain consistency of approach across teams and knowledge share.
- Ensuring organization and tracking of all changes or pending change request.
- Effectively communicating system planned updates, outside of training, to the customer service team.
- To work with the SME's and CS leadership to ensure effective communication to the CS team.
- Develop effective working relationships with Team Leads, CSM, CSTM to ensure CS delivers the appropriate service by attending, cross functional and core project team meetings.
- Escalate any additional team training requirements to line manager, Demand Planning Manager and CS Training Manager.
- Provide evidence to Program Team (i.e. Screen shots) for Client education
- Demonstrable level of experience in ERP / CD an associated supporting technology platforms/testing environments.
- Experience with UAT, script writing and execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
