Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
  • Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solution
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
  • Phone etiquette knowledge for professional customer interactions

Pay:
From £23,944.58 per year
