Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products or services
- Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solution
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Phone etiquette knowledge for professional customer interactions
Pay:
From £23,944.58 per year
