Our Client, an award winning technology solutions provider are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team

The Assistant Management Accountant will have / be:

Numerate and IT Literate and enjoy working with numbers
Experienced with one or more account packages
Experience and knowledge of MS office 365, in particular Excel
Attentive to detail and accurate
Integrity and Honesty
Able to work calmly under pressure
Strong communication skills
Team player
Organised and able to prioritise work effectively and efficiently.
Understanding of data privacy standards
ACCA / CIMA qualification would be desirable, but not essential to the role
Knowledge of Sage 200 and Autotask would be advantageous, but not essential, as full training can be given

What the role entails:
The Assistant Management Accountant will be working in a team of 5 reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and complete day to day account transaction processing, including, but not limited to:

Sales invoice raising and processing
Account preparation and reconciliation
Cash management
VAT Quarterly return
Assisting with monthly management and project accounts
Assisting with budget preparation and forecasts
Provision of support for external audits
Supervision of Finance Assistants within the team

Salary & package:
up to £35,000 plus FULL Study Support

Location:
Tunbridge Wells /Hybrid WORKING
