Description

An opportunity has arisen to join a friendly and supportive Risk Management and Patient Safety Team at Dorset County Hospital.

This means liaising with a range of services and personnel at all levels throughout the Trust and external agencies.

To support the efficient and effective risk management service to all areas of the Trust

Support thorough investigations and the embedding of learning and improvement from all and any events.

To provide an effective administrative service as part of the risk and claims process and preparing disclosures in accordance with risk management procedures.

To provide an effective administrative service as part of the other risk management processes as required.

To assist with the management of Partner Agency incidents and investigations

Act as a Risk Management Administrator for Investigations as required - including the collation and presentation of detailed information and the preparation of papers for internal Panel hearings.

Operate the Trust's electronic risk management database and run information reports as required.

To assist with the maintenance and housekeeping of the Risk Management paper and electronic records.

Maintain up to date information in both electronic and hard copy records.
