Responsibilities
As a Business Support Apprentice, you'll be working within the Kier Highways team, supporting them in keeping over 27,000km of roads flowing across the UK.
Your day to day will include:
- Maintaining records and files, ensuring they are stored in the correct manner
- Communicating with customers to answer and queries and resolve issues
- Opportunity to work with different areas of the business including safety, health, environmental, quality assurance and social value
You will also study for a
Level 3 Business Administrator qualification with support from our experienced teams - giving you the practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.

- Possess excellent customer service skills, and able to build and maintain strong relationships
- Can work collaboratively within a team
- Have experience in using various IT packages effectively
