About the Role

You will be supporting the Insurance Manager in managing the Council's insurance covers, both externally and self-insured and to ensure that an excellent customer focussed service, complying with best professional practice and statutory / regulatory requirements, is provided to Warwickshire County Council and all external customers.

What are we looking for:

Achievement of or willingness to obtain the CII Certificate In Insurance
Professional manner, courteous and confident to liaise with colleagues, customers, brokers, insurers either face to face or over the telephone.
You must be able to work as part of a team but also have the ability to work on your own initiative.
Ability to analyse data
Good Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel.
Ability to drive as you may be required to attend site visits for claims, meetings or post loss assessments.
DBS check will be required.
