Accounts Assistant - Hereford, United Kingdom - Reed Accountancy
Description
_Do you have a good knowledge of all areas of finance and accounts, with previous experience of using Sage?_
This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £30000 per annum, working Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm. The role reports directly to the finance manager
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Ledger
- Process weekly/ monthly customer statements and reconcile supplier statements
- Customer/ Supplier Queries
- Note incoming payments, record customer payments to Sage & run reports and process credit card payments
- Set up new customer accounts, (liaise with credit insurance companies to arrange credit cover and set up new credit accounts)
- Credit Control
- Purchase Ledger
