Duties will include:_

- _ Customer Service

Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's service requirements; determining the cause of any problems; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve their requirements; following up to ensure the clients service requirements is fulfilled._

- _ Sales Support

Recommending potential products or services to clients based upon their individual needs._

- _ Booking Support

Daily support of the booking process through the website. Tasks include the processing of bookings that require manual intervention._

- _ Product Support

Assisting the account management team, support to include weekly availability checks and general club support duties._

- _ Proactive

Responding to and follow up of sales enquiries using appropriate methods. Coordination & Collaboration
Participation in meetings and team activities, including supporting efforts across the wider Customer Success Team._
