Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Controller to work with a manufacturing business based in Leicester.

In this no.

1 site role, duties will include:

  • Managing and Developing a small Team
  • Sales, inventory and operations planning
  • P&L, cash forecasts and budgets
  • Deliver accurate site financial performance reports, variance to targets/ trends
  • Payroll and associated HMRC requirements
  • Advice on financial performance
  • Create and maintain accurate costing records for monitoring profitability
  • Monitoring and ensuring integrity of cost saving opportunities
  • Cash flow reporting and governance including forecasts
  • Oversight of audit and technical accounting and research standards
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA with a number of years PQE
  • Experience working in a manufacturing envirvonment
  • Staff management experience
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills
