The Retail department are looking to recruit for Merchandising & Activation Advisors to help deliver our company growth strategy. We are looking to recruit a Merchandising & Activation Advisor which will cover retailers of Somercotes/Sheffield.

The role involves delivering a smooth transition for new and existing retailers in joining the Go Local symbol brands.

They will work alongside the RDA and store development teams on existing store developments and support with the implementation of category partner work.

The key responsibilities for this role are:

Merchandise new and existing stores, using up to date planograms aligned to plan for profit.
Install new shelf edge labels for all products displayed where the retailer has installed a Parfetts approved backoffice system.
Set up promotion bays are merchandised in line with Parfetts planograms.
Where applicable support and supervise 3rd party merchandisers.
Work alongside shop fitters to ensure schedule of works is being followed to deliver projects on time.
Where applicable input orders prior to store development
Install FSDUs and build gondola end displays in existing stores that participate in category partner work

A large proportion of your time will be spent in store with your retail partners so the ability to manage your time effectively and deliver projects to tight deadlines are a key pillar of the role.
