- Oversee the development and delivery of the Sunday School Stories heritage activity programmes
- Manage people and partnerships associated with the heritage programme
- Support outreach and evaluation for the heritage programme
The project will:
- Fully adapt and repair our Grade II* listed Sunday School
- Create a publicly accessible home for our fascinating 200yearold collection
- Invite London's diverse communities to discover this lost history and understand its relevance and presence today through a range of activities, new interpretation and partnerships exploring the heritage stories and experiences of Nonconformist Christians,Dissenters and early liberals, pop stars, play schools and our role in supporting and empowering communities
- Deliver an inclusive threeyear programme of heritageled engagement, volunteering and skills development which reaches diverse audiences often underrepresented within heritage
- Enable us to expand the scale and scope of service delivery to meet local need

Key themes of social justice, social change, music, and childhood will be explored through an exciting programme of participatory activities and events, as well as new interpretation that will bring to life the currently hidden stories in the archive, stimulatingdiscussion and debate about the past, present and future.
Person specificationEssential
- Experience of developing creative activities for communities
- Experience of delivering events and projects in a highquality, wellrun and safe manner
- Experience working with a range of target audiences, including families, adults and young people experiencing disadvantage
- Experience of working with volunteers
- Experience of budget management
- A collaborative attitude and ability to work with a small, committed team
- Flexibility, commitment, and the ability to multitask
- Highly organised, good attention to detail and able to work under pressure to deadlines
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required

- Experience of delivering training
- Experience of working on NLHF projects and reporting
- Experience of working with culture and heritage in 'nontraditional' contexts i.e. outside of arts and cultural organisations
