Description
The main job role is to perform duties to support the care coordinator. You will need to be confident in working with individuals in a community setting. The majority of the work will be undertaken within the home environment of the client. There is an expectation that you will carry out tasks on your own unless otherwise specified. You will be supported by the care coordinator as well as support from the supervision process.
