If so, this could be the job youSense is currently recruiting for an Administrator to work up to 37.5 hours per week, as part of our Volunteering Administration Team, on a hybid basis in our Selly Oak, Birmingham office.
This is an exciting time to join our team and work alongside the teams who involve volunteers.We are looking for someone to provide high quality support to administer our volunteer programmes to provide a consistent, quality volunteer experience, contributing towards the successful involvement of volunteers across Sense.
Some key areas of ownership for the successful applicant include:Ensuring a quality, professional and timely response to individuals who have expressed an interest in becoming a Sense volunteer
Administering processes that support a good, quality volunteer experience, including sending out volunteer feedback forms, administration of volunteer recognition activities, and processing volunteer leavers
Ensuring volunteer records are up-to-date, accurate and are stored and comply with the principles of GDPR Key skills and experience:
Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role
Experience providing administrative support to volunteer and/or staff recruitment processes
Good level of IT literacy, including the use of Outlook, and Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work as part of a team, understanding the wider team priorities and objectives, whilst being able to work using own initiative, without close supervision
This position requires the applicant to be willing to work up to 8pm in the evenings and on weekends as required.
