Tide are thrilled to share a new job opportunity We are looking for an HR Administrator to join an incredible educational support Charity.
This role is perfect for an experienced administrator ready to dive into their first HR position, taking on responsibilities that include coordinating HR functions, recruitment, and supporting broader HR projects.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated queries.
- Manage HR databases and systems
- Support onboarding for new staff
Key Job Qualifications:
- HR qualification (CIPD) or working towards
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Proficiency in digital systems and databases.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
