Description
An opportunity has become available to join a busy local blind manufacturing company as a Part-time Accounts Administrator. This Carlisle based company requires a person to look after all aspects of the company's bookkeeping.

  • Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software and filing hard copies
  • Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Developing monthly financial statements including profit and loss and balance sheets
  • Preparing employee wages
  • Managing employee expense claims
  • Liaising with accountants at the year end
Applicants
must
be familiar with Sage 50 Cloud Accounts.


This position would suit someone wanting a flexible working pattern as we are flexible with the 16 hours, mornings, afternoons or a mixture of both.

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£12.00 per hour
