Hours:
Monday to Friday - Office open from 7am to 7pm - work 1 Saturday in every 4

Responsibilities:

Outbound calls to potential leads (all leads warm no cold calling) to discuss finance and leasing options.
Delivering the highest level of customer service
Building a relationship with the customer and helping them throughout their journey
Adhering to KPI's set
Working across numerous databases ensuring 100% accuracy
Adhering to any legislation
