Now recruiting for an amazing Hotel Receptionist
Looking for a confident, bubbly Hotel Receptionist to join an award winning Hotel outside of York.

As the first point of contact for all guests entering the Pheasant and an integral member of the Guest Service Team you will ensure a smooth and seamless service is provided to all internal & external customers.


The role:


  • Ensure all Revenue taken is reconciled correctly in line with company policy.
  • To maximise selling opportunities by up selling at every opportunity.
  • Acknowledge and respond to daytoday guest needs.
  • Working closely with the management to provide the highest level of security for
both guests and the property.

  • Take reservations accurately and courteously.
  • Excellent communication skills both with guests and colleagues at all levels whilst
maintaining a level of professionalism at all times.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 years experience within a Luxury Hotel
  • Must have the working rights for the UK

£10.58-£12.00 per hour
