Description
The Administrator will provide high quality administrative support to the department. Tasks will include typing, reception duties, customer service, booking appointments, Call centre phone duties and referral managementThe Administrator will play a key role in the efficient day to day activities of the department.
The post holder will often be the first point of contact for the department and will be required to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
The post holder will answer general queries and explain information relating to the department. The post holder requires excellent communication skills and previous hospital and community health experience would be desired
Provide administrative support within the service, including Outpatient and Inpatient scheduling, call centre support, managing and validating waiting lists, cross cover for administrative team members as required in our acute site supporting our Podiatric Surgery service.

Provide administrative support within the community and acute outpatient and elective surgery. Scheduling and re-scheduling appointments and receiving and calling patients via our call centre which includes our home visiting service.Managing and validating outpatient and inpatient waiting lists, cross cover for administrative team members as required in our acute site.
