Description
We are currently recruiting for a fast-growing company that is an expert in transforming commercial space. They provide solutions from store construction and consolidation to fixture procurement, projects, and mechanical & electrical installation.

Your role will include looking after a long-running project for a large retail client and replacing fixtures in stores across the UK and Europe.


Reporting to the project manager, your role will include:

  • Organising transport based on load size to the UK and Europe.
  • Communicating with the warehouse and internal departments regarding orders.
  • Liaising with external suppliers, agreeing costs and providing drawings for items to be costed.
  • Creating commercial invoices for customs for overseas deliveries.
  • Attending quarterly meetings with the client locations within England.
  • Occasional visits to Sigma head office in Castleford.
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers and receipting the goods once received into our warehouse.
  • Raising quotes and sales orders to the client.
  • Creating invoices for payment to the client.
  • Using an in house computer system to approve payments to suppliers for stock purchased.

Requirements:


  • Strong communicatorVerbally and written
  • Ability to interact with other internal departments
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a variable workload in a changing environment
  • Working well under pressure
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to workload
  • Experience in operative IT systems and Microsoft packages.
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 an advantage but not essential.
