The role of Space Coordinator is a unique blend, encompassing both spatial management and analytical responsibilities, reporting directly to the Space Manager.


Your day-to-day tasks will involve a combination of administrative duties, such as space allocation and changes and extending support to other EY contract sites when necessary.

Furthermore, this role places a strong emphasis on occupancy recharge, space utilization, and headcount management. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that space resources are allocated efficiently and in line with business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist EY contract sites in space allocation when needed.
  • Handle space changes and maintain records.
  • Utilise CAD knowledge to plan and optimise space usage.
  • Coordinate space allocation, determine its purpose, and improve utilisation
  • Work with occupancy ratios to optimize space utilisation.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of space resources aligned with business needs
  • Manage occupancy data and headcount to support space allocation decisions
  • Interpret and analyse data from Business Intelligence (BI) reports
  • Present findings effectively to senior stakeholders

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Previous space coordinator experience is essential, ideally with good stakeholder management experience
  • Experience delivering to the client and be comfortable in a customer facing role
