The role of Space Coordinator is a unique blend, encompassing both spatial management and analytical responsibilities, reporting directly to the Space Manager.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve a combination of administrative duties, such as space allocation and changes and extending support to other EY contract sites when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist EY contract sites in space allocation when needed.
- Handle space changes and maintain records.
- Utilise CAD knowledge to plan and optimise space usage.
- Coordinate space allocation, determine its purpose, and improve utilisation
- Work with occupancy ratios to optimize space utilisation.
- Ensure efficient allocation of space resources aligned with business needs
- Manage occupancy data and headcount to support space allocation decisions
- Interpret and analyse data from Business Intelligence (BI) reports
- Present findings effectively to senior stakeholders
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Previous space coordinator experience is essential, ideally with good stakeholder management experience
- Experience delivering to the client and be comfortable in a customer facing role
