Reed Education are currently looking to recruit a qualified & experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work in?a bespoke school offering tailored curriculums for up to 16 pupils with ASD/PDA/SEMH/SPD and Anxiety.

The Conway based school supports children who may have been out of education for significant amounts of time.

The children attending have EHC Plans and present with needs such as autism, high levels of anxiety and sensory processing disorders.


The school is registered to support young people with learning difficulties (LD), mild learning difficulties (MLD), and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

Their primary goal is to help children be the best they can be.

To do this they create personalised education and behavioural plans and develop bespoke curriculums, based on a young person's EHC Plan.

This is a temporary role with the potential to turn to permanent for the right person.

What you will need;
Relevant Teaching Assistant, SEN or Learning Support Qualifications

Experience supporting on a 1:1 basis, providing interventions or working with small groups

A passion for supporting SEN pupils with a variety of needs and ensuring they are able to overcome barriers to learning and engage in the curriculum

Dedication, initiative and resilience to overcome issues faced
