Role Definition:
Legal Secretary
Reports To:
Head of Property & Secured Lending
Purpose of Role
To provide personal secretarial support to the Property and Secured Lending Team, Commercial Property Team and the firm in general as required through the delivery of secretarial duties and activities including receiving and handling confidential information.
Hours
- 9am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday with One Hour Lunch to be taken at 1pm_
- 3 Days office, two days home_
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents as required using the Firm's Leap Case Management system
- Request searches utilising the Infotrack System and arrange insurances as required
- Prepare post completion documentation and correspondence to and from HMLR and HMRC re SDLT including answering requisitions
- Handle incoming mail and other material
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Liaise with internal and external contacts
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
- To fully embrace the firms policy on Equality and Diversity

£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
