This is a rare opportunity for a Share Schemes \ Employee Incentives Lawyer to join a rapidly growing national firm.

We are recruiting at Associate to Legal Director level.

The firm takes great pride in ensuring its lawyers feel part of a team, collaborate, share ideas and enjoy each others' company.

As a result, the firm has grown rapidly on a national basis, over the last 5 years.

Advising on the structure and design, implementation and operation of reward structures, employee equity and cash incentive plans
Drafting a wide range of share plan documentation (plan rules, shareholder circulars, board and remuneration committee meetings, employer and employee communications, trust documentation etc)
