About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent player in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
With a focus on sustainability, they are committed to providing reliable, eco-friendly solutions to their clients across the UK, all while maintaining a strong presence in Edinburgh.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Maintain uptodate employee holiday records
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

- An estimated salary range of £23k £25k
- Working hours 8am 5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
