£10.66 p/h to start.


Contract:
On-going Temporary. Start ASAP


Location:
Warwick. Office based.


Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (rotation shift) 37.5 hours p/w

It's not unusual for team members to progress or expand their career within the company, so the Installation team are now eager to welcome a new InstallationCoordinator.

Joining a friendly team of 13 x Installations Coordinators,
duties will include:

  • First point of contact for co-ordinating tank installations
  • Ensure site is ready for installation for e.g. arranging cranes, scheduling engineers and arranging any other site needs
  • Ordering parts and materials
  • Regular communication with the internal Resourcing & Scheduling team and external stakeholders (customers, contractors or suppliers)
  • Problem solving and working to tight deadlines
  • Resolving complaints (customers, contractors or suppliers)
  • Operating internal systems/administration duties

Person specification -what would make you a great fit:

  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office would be beneficial
  • Experience of using SAP would be beneficial
  • Be eager to learn
