We are currently recruiting for 4 sales opportunities based in Norwich working for a successful local company. The role will involve a mixture of inbound and outbound sales and processing customer sales orders. This is generally dealing with warm leads andno cold calling.

The team are friendly and energetic and the company offers a great bonus opportunity, uncapped commission. There is free parking on site.

Taking inbound calls from existing and prospective customers.
Making outbound calls to develop sales to new enquiries and existing customers.
Negotiating to win business and cross selling the full range of products and services to maximise revenue.
Process customer orders, address any queries and display the highest standards of customer experience.
Liaise with Customers, Depots and Operational Personnel.
Updating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Company's systems

We are looking for....

Work experience gained in a sales environment is essential and a desire to build a career in telephone sales
Experience of inputting data quickly and accurately is essential.
Experience in working to and achieving set targets and KPI's.
Excellent customer experience skills are essential
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Strong attention to detail is essential
