Prospectus is excited to be working with Hand in Hand International to help them recruit for a Partnerships & Philanthropy Officer to join their team.

Since 2003, from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe, Hand in Hand helped more than 4 million women launch small businesses that can stand the test of time.

They work with women because of the unique barriers they face, and because when those barriers are broken, whole families and communities win.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying a salary between £29,000 to £38,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements at their London office.

The post holder will join our award-winning fundraising team.

They will play an important part in raising funds for their network, supporting their commitment to achieve maximum impact for Hand in Hand members.

The key focus of this role will be identifying, cultivating, and securing donations from trusts and foundations, corporates, and major donors.

This role is highly international, working with colleagues across Afghanistan, Kenya, and Tanzania.
