What Are We Looking For?


Our Customer & Stakeholder team in Cumbernauld is looking for an Office Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis, reporting to the C&S Manager.

You'll be required to provide administrative support with the management of projects, documentcontrol and production, as well as assist other departments such as Marketing with advertising, all within in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this is an office-based position in Cumbernauld working Monday - Friday.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

  • To ensure all filing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To organise and schedule meetings and appointments as required.
  • To answer incoming calls in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • To check stationary levels and ensure that any outstanding items are ordered via Reception.
  • To serve refreshments to visiting Clients, or at internal meetings, where required.
  • To minute internal and external meetings, collating and distributing the minutes appropriately.
  • Assist our Marketing & Recruitment teams with advertising as required.
  • Carry out all other tasks as requested within the post holder's appropriate skill set.
What Do You Need?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have a very good level of knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Have a very good administration knowledge and skills.
  • Be able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Be able to work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.
  • Be a clear and concise communicator maintaining a polite and professional manner.
  • Be selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Be able to work well within a team environment.
