Job IntroductionWe are looking for a site supervisor to join our Cannock Family Hub Team. This role is 18.
5 hours per week split into morning and afternoon hours as follows:

6.5hrs - half hour lunch
Tuesday
Open up - 6.30am - 7.30am

Open up - 6.30am - 7.30am

Open up - 6.30am - 7.30am

Friday
Open up - 6.30am - 2.00pm

Emergency call out also forms part of the role as outlined within the key accountabilities.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Opening and closing of the building
- Building health and safety
- Maintaining high standards both within the building and to the external site
- Managing contractors
- Covering emergency call outs to site when required
- Small maintenance tasks
You will be:
- Team player
- Flexible
- Experience working as a care taker or in premises maintenance
- Willing to attend training as required
- Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
