Job Introduction
We are looking for a site supervisor to join our Cannock Family Hub Team. This role is 18.

5 hours per week split into morning and afternoon hours as follows:

Monday

Open up - 6.30am - 1.00pm

Lock up pm

6.5hrs - half hour lunch

Tuesday

Open up - 6.30am - 7.30am

Lock up pm

Wednesday

Open up - 6.30am - 7.30am

Lock up pm

Thursday

Open up - 6.30am - 7.30am

Lock up pm

1.5

Friday

Open up - 6.30am - 2.00pm

Lock up pm

- half hour lunch

18.5 total

Emergency call out also forms part of the role as outlined within the key accountabilities.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Opening and closing of the building
  • Building health and safety
  • Maintaining high standards both within the building and to the external site
  • Managing contractors
  • Covering emergency call outs to site when required
  • Small maintenance tasks

You will be:

  • Team player
  • Flexible
  • Experience working as a care taker or in premises maintenance
  • Willing to attend training as required
  • Have excellent attention to detail and pride in their work
